Nothing is shipped
VoiceStudio is software. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge. A Pro or Lifetime purchase delivers a Commercial License record for the seats you bought, and the desktop app itself is a free download.
How delivery works
- You choose a plan and a seat count on the Pro page, then pay on the checkout it opens.
- The payment provider confirms the payment to our checkout, not to your browser. Only that confirmation creates the license.
- The Commercial License is issued to the email address you gave at checkout, and the order page shows it. A receipt is emailed to you.
- Install or update the app from the download page and activate your seat.
How long it takes
Normally within minutes of the provider confirming payment. Some bank and net-banking payments are confirmed later by the bank, and the license is issued when that confirmation arrives. If a payment has cleared and you have had nothing after 24 hours, write to pro@voicestudio.sh with your order reference and we will fix it or refund you.
Seats and devices
Each seat can be registered on up to three devices and used on up to three at once. You can add seats later by buying them. The accepted agreement at checkout sets the exact terms.
Taxes and invoices
The price is shown before you pay and the checkout re-prices the order for your billing country. Indian customers can give a GSTIN and state at checkout for a tax invoice. Questions about an invoice go to pro@voicestudio.sh. See refunds for what happens if you cancel.
