The API the open-source VoiceStudio app serves on your machine.
The local API is generated from the OpenAPI document the desktop app exposes. It needs no account, Cloud connection or hosted service.

Local-only
Filesystem access, model and engine installs, settings, diagnostics, storage and security admin run on your machine. They are not Cloud operations and don't exist on any hosted endpoint.
The Local API reference groups all 248 paths by
workflow. Its only server is http://localhost:3900.
